We provided an isolated discovery phase to help the client define their process and understand the full scope of the problem and digital solution options. They chose to build one of our proposed solutions centered around an offline-first mobile app powered by data from their existing ERP system. We designed a workflow-focused tablet app that optimizes delivery tracking and syncs information to the office system.
