We created an end-to-end experience that helps people engage with Medicare within the context of a trusted center of influence. We designed and built a marketing website to elevate the brand and explain the product. Customers get invited into the platform from partner-branded emails that auto-deliver when their Medicare eligibility approaches. In the platform customers experience a rules-engine based personalized journey that educates them and builds them a non-intimidating cost breakdown. Finally the system connects enrollees with Medicare advisors to finalize enrollment.
